1:1 Coaching meets Group Training.
All Memberships Include:
✅ Personalized Workout Plan - we will give you balanced exercise routine that is safe, effective & works with your lifestyle (2-4 hours/week of exercise)
✅ 1:1 Coaching - Assigned fitness coach who checks in 2-3x/week to ensure you're on track with your plan, as well as will answer any questions & share wins with (24hr response time)
✅FUN In Person Training - go Hybrid (up to 3x/week) or All Access (Unlimited) in person group training sessions. They are fun, dance-based & effective!
✅ "NO SESSIONS MISSED" Accountability calls - miss a scheduled session & your coach will call to follow up the next day

WHAT ARE CLASSES LIKE?
All of our classes are beat-based (i.e. choreographed to the music).
If you like dancing, you will love our classes.
Most classes are bodyweight-only and use functional training build strength & endurance. Expect compound and/or plyometric movements like jumping jacks, squats, lunges, planks, pushups, etc.
Your coach will give you a variety of options & modifications to make the workout work for you, no matter what fitness level you're at or what physical limitations you have.
